Far from exercising leadership on measures to tackle climate change during its Presidency of the EU, the UK is failing to implement existing European Directives designed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, according to this report by the Association for the Conservation of Energy, commissioned by the UK’s two Green MEPs.
