I’ve just finished recording a live interview on BBC Radio 4’s PM programme about the postponement of the 2p fuel duty rise - if you missed it, you can listen online at http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio4/news/pm/.
Earlier today, I donned a fetching boiler suit to protest outside the Guardian’s Climate Change Summit, which I later spoke at. The Guardian’s good intentions in creating a forum for debate on climate change were somewhat overshadowed by their decision to allow energy giant E.ON to sponsor it. This is the very same E.ON which is planning to open a highly polluting coal-fired power station at Kingsnorth, Kent at a time when renewables should be top priority. So I joined the Greenwash Guerillas in protest, before heading indoors and using the platform to further highlight my concerns.
