Human Rights

Caroline Lucas’s work on human rights encompasses campaigns around specific countries, like Burma, as well as issues that include women’s and LGBT rights. A passionate advocate of freedom of expression and freedom of speech, Caroline has also focussed on civil liberties and human rights breaches in the UK and Europe. She sees being an MEP as an opportunity to speak out for those denied a voice and to raise awareness of oppression and discrimination worldwide.

Below you can access press releases, reports, articles, Parliamentary work and correspondence related to human rights.
