A plenary session is equivalent to the Parliamentary sessions in Westminster where all the Members meet to discuss, debate and amend reports, vote, and ask questions. They generally take place once or twice a month.

Please bear in mind when reading these that interventions are, by necessity, often only one or two minutes long, and are recorded here exactly as spoken - they therefore have to be considered in context!
