Parliamentary Debates

Clicking here will take you to a part of the European Parliament website from which you can access verbatim accounts of all the interventions Caroline has made during plenary sessions in Strasbourg and Brussels. A plenary session is equivalent to the Parliamentary sessions in Westminster where all the Members meet to discuss, debate and amend reports, vote, and ask questions. They generally take place once or twice a month.

Please bear in mind when reading these that interventions are, by necessity, often only one or two minutes long, and are recorded here exactly as spoken - they therefore have to be considered in context!
